What if my building isn't on porter yet?
Tell us where you live — we'll reach out to your property manager.
How is my bag weighed and priced?
Weighed at our facility on certified scales. You see the exact weight and total in the app before you're charged — priced per pound, at the rate set with your building, nothing hidden.
What if something goes missing?
Every bag is scanned at pickup, at the facility, onto the van, and at return — a running custody log. If anything's ever unaccounted for, that log shows exactly where it was last signed for.
Can I keep my delicates separate?
Yes. Flag delicates in the app and we'll handle them by hand at no surprise cost.
Is there a subscription or minimum?
No subscription — wash as often as you like. There's a small per-building order minimum, shown in the app before you tag a bag.
